Raised in Haughton, LA and joined the Army at 17. Fell in love with golf while stationed in Hawaii and decided to follow it as a carer after getting a job as an operator at Southern Trace Country Club in 2000 while in college. Transferred to Faulkner State College and graduated with an Athletic Turf Management degree. Have worked in Alabama, Georgia and Texas but most of my career has been spent throughout Louisiana. I am a father of two girls and DudePa to my grandson Cole. I am a past president of the LA/MS GCSA and a former voting delegate representing LA/MS on the national level for GCSAA.
